Shipping policy
When do we deliver?
We ship by overnight courier on specific days leading up to Christmas.
Shipping dates are
- 5th November
- 12th November
- 19th November
- 10th December
- 17th December
Book before these days and you won't be disappointed.
How much does it cost?
We have a standard flat rate of £30 (including VAT) up to 10kg, then £60 (including VAT) if over 10kg, this is calculated during checkout.
Where can we deliver?
The rates quoted are for UK mainland deliveries only. If you want us deliver anywhere else in the world then please contact us on studio@carolpeace.com so we can calculate an accurate cost for you.
Who does the delivery?
For central London we sometimes use Addison Lee or our bicycles, otherwise we use the APC network.
Can I come to the studio and pick up my purchases?
We do offer a local pick up option if you can come to the studio in Hackney. You will need to arrange a time with us before arriving otherwise there is a good chance we may be out walking the dog.
From 6th to 8th Demember I am having an Open Studio event, so that would be the perfect time to come and see me. More details here.
